Steering Column 89-90 Dodge Ram Cummins Auto With Tilt (Whole Column) Tilt isn’t locking

Cones with a key that works and I did notice the tilt lever isn’t letting the tilt lock in place. I’m not sure what it is if it’s an easy fix or what. Otherwise is functioning properly
