Welcome to KeepRTuned! By placing an order with us—whether through our website, social media, eBay, or any other platform—you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Product Condition – Used Parts
KeepRTuned specializes in used, previously-owned, and reconditioned truck parts. All parts are sold as-is, and their condition is clearly described to the best of our knowledge.
-No warranties or guarantees (expressed or implied) apply to used items.
-Buyers accept the risk involved with purchasing used or reconditioned components.
-We strongly recommend having a qualified mechanic diagnose your vehicle before ordering parts.
2. Fitment and Compatibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm part fitment before purchase.
-If you’re not sure a part fits your vehicle, contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help.
-“Guessing” or buying parts to test-fit may lead to unnecessary costs, which we try to help you avoid.
3. Pricing
KeepRTuned reserves the right to adjust product or service pricing at any time. Prices listed on the website may change without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to confirm pricing before placing an order.
4. Handling Time and Shipping
-Most orders ship within 2–3 business days.
-Some parts may take longer to prepare, especially if not on the shelf or if we’re working to find a part in better condition.
-Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Additional charges may apply for large items or shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.
-We ship to the address provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. Once shipped, the buyer is responsible for any costs related to forwarding or re-shipping.
-All freight shipping orders are subject to additional preparation and handling fees, as well as any other applicable charges. These fees will be confirmed at the time of checkout or shipping.
5. Tracking and Order Updates
Once your order ships, we’ll send tracking info to the email you provided. If you don’t receive it within a few days, contact us with your order number and we’ll gladly send the tracking details.
6. Returns and Refunds
-Returns are accepted only when agreed upon in advance and may be subject to a restocking fee.
-Parts must be returned in the same condition as received.
-Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
7. International Orders
At this time, we only ship within the USA. If you have someone in the U.S. who can forward the item to you, we’re happy to ship to them—but we’re not responsible for the shipment once it leaves the U.S. or for any extra forwarding charges.
8. Limitation of Liability
KeepRTuned is not responsible for:
-Damage caused by improper installation
-Labor costs related to part replacement
-Any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of parts sold
-Always have a qualified professional install and inspect any part purchased.
