Shipping

-We ship through UPS and USPS

-We currently only ship within the USA.
If you have someone in the U.S. who can forward the package overseas or across the border for you, we’re happy to ship to them.

Please note: We're not responsible for any extra postage charges or for the package once it leaves the U.S.

Shipping and handling is calculated at checkout.
Rates shown apply to the lower 48 states. For larger items going to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply—we’ll contact you if any adjustments are needed.

-We ship to the address provided at checkout.
If you accidentally entered the wrong address, just contact us as soon as possible with the correct one—we’ll update it before the item ships. It’s an easy fix.

-However, if the order has already shipped, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reroute the package to the correct address.

-We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Our usual handling time is 2–3 days so we can get your parts picked, packed, and shipped properly.

If a part isn’t on the shelf or we find it’s not in acceptable condition, it might take a little longer—we'll take the extra time to get you a better one.

You'll receive an order number when you place your order.
Once your item ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.

If it’s been a few days and you haven’t received it, feel free to reach out with your order number—we’ll be happy to get your tracking info to you.

Do we ship larger parts?

  • Most of the items on the website we ship. The exception is the following which are local pickup items:
  • Cabs, fenders, doors, hoods, core supports, engines, transmissions, Ext cab headliner boards, transfer cases, axles, frames, beds, Camper Shell, bumpers, grills
  • We're happy to ship the items listed above once freight has been arranged. At this time, we're unable to coordinate freight on behalf of customers; however, we're more than happy to assist with loading when your scheduled freight carrier arrives.
