Warranty and Returns

At KeepRTuned, we sell primarily used OEM parts. Because of the age and history of these parts, normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, rust, scratches, dents, and other signs of previous use should be expected.

Used parts are sold as is, no returns.  Used parts do have a 30-Day functionality warranty.

We warranty the functionality of our used parts for 30 days from the date of delivery.

If a part fails to function as intended, you must contact KeepRTuned within 30 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement part when available.

If an identical replacement is not available, KeepRTuned may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.

Warranty Requirements

• The issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
• The customer may be required to provide photos, videos, testing results, or other information to verify the issue.
• Parts must not have been modified, disassembled, abused, improperly installed, or damaged after delivery.
• The warranty covers the functionality of the part only and does not cover cosmetic condition or normal wear associated with used parts.
• Installation, removal, labor, towing, diagnostic, shipping, or other related costs are not covered.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, overheating, neglect, accidents, or other components of the vehicle.
• Electrical and electronic parts must be properly tested and diagnosed before a warranty claim is submitted.

We do not accept returns simply because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong part, or no longer needs the item. Customers are responsible for confirming that a part is correct for their application before purchasing.

By purchasing from KeepRTuned, you acknowledge that you are purchasing used parts and understand that used parts may show normal signs of age and use. Our 30-day warranty is intended to guarantee functionality—not make a used part equivalent to a new part.

-Many items on the website are stock pictures in the listing.  We try our best to send you products that are in the same condition or better than the stock picture. If you have any questions about item condition, please feel free to reach out before you purchase! Also please remember these are 30-35 year old used parts.  They may show signs of normal wear and tear.

-Please double-check what you need before ordering to avoid returns down the road. 

-Returns received without approval will not be accepted

-If you're not sure whether a part fits, feel free to ask—we’re happy to help make sure you get the right one.

-We also recommend having a trusted mechanic diagnose the issue before buying parts. Guessing or swapping parts at random can get expensive and often doesn’t fix the problem.
