This swap kit includes the following:

Transmission, bell housing, fly wheel, clutch, pressure plate, clutch/brake pedals, slave cylinder, reservoir, driveshaft (might need lengthened/shortened depending on what’s available and what truck you have), shift boot, shift lever (when available), transmission mount (for 2wd models), and clutch bracket. 

This is everything you need to swap your truck from automatic to manual.
