Seat belts will have rust on mounting bracket and possibly on tongue metal. Webbing is likely to be dirty / need to be cleaned. Retraction mechanism will work, but may be slower or show other signs of age

These are Grade B - which means there could be cosmetic issues. (Pictured) Could be missing cover plate on belt tongue. Could have Cracks in cover to retractable mechanism. Still fully functional the same as Grade A.
